Our Story

We saw a need for a digital bank that offers faster and more convenient services, catering to all members of society.

To build banking products that suit the customer, we prioritized based on the needs of customers in Saudi Arabia.

With the best local and international expertise, we began building an innovative digital bank designed by and for the people.We believe that the most effective way to build a bank for people is to do it with them. This is our philosophy. So, we started building it with the help of people like you.

Our Board Members

Taha A. Alkuwaiz

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Taha is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Derayah Financial Company, where he played a pivotal role in establishing the company. He held various senior positions including Chairman of Bank AlJazira and Vice Chairman of the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). He also worked as the Deputy CEO of NCB, and was a former Director of Banking Technology at the Saudi Central Bank “SAMA.” Mr. Taha holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals. He has extensive work experience in the financial services sector.

Zaki Alshowaier

Vice Chairman

Mr. Zaki has extensive experience in the financial, industrial, and real estate sectors, he is currently the Vice Chairman and Managing Director at Alshwaier Investment and Real Estate Development Company. He serves on the boards of several companies, including Derayah Financial and Alamar foods.

Ibrahim A. AlJammaz

Board member

Eng. Ibrahim has extensive experience in the retail, industrial and investment sectors, he is currently the Chairman of Abdulaziz AlJammaz & Brothers. He serves on the boards of several companies, including Alamar Foods and Derayah Financial Company. Eng. Ibrahim holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University.

Fahad Aljomaih

Board member

Mr. Fahad has extensive experience in the financial services field. He is currently a Director at the Public Investment Fund. Mr. Fahad Aljomaih holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, a master’s degree in International Securities, Investments and Banking from the University of Reading, and an MBA from the University of Portsmouth.

Nouf Aljoaid

Ms. Nouf has extensive experience in the legal field, Currently, she is working as Head of Finance Legal Advisory Department at the Public Investment Fund. Previously, Ms. Nouf worked as corporate and commercial attorney in an international law firm in Riyadh.Ms. Nouf obtained her undergraduate law degree from Prince Sultan University. She also holds a Master degree (LLM) in Banking & Financial Law from Boston University.

Tim Brooke Thom

Board member

Mr. Tim has extensive experience in financial services, tech start-ups, and non-financial services businesses. His career spanned executive roles with JPMorgan & PwC. He has held several Board roles in internationally listed entities, as well as chairing a number of high-growth disruptor businesses such as Monzo Bank. Mr. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Kingston University.

Mudassir Sheikha

Board member

Mr. Mudassir has extensive experience in technology & start-ups. He is currently the co-founder and CEO of Careem, the leading technology platform for the region. Mr.Mudassir holds dual degrees in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Southern California and obtained his Masters in Computer Science with a specialization in Databases from Stanford University.

Faraz Khalid

Mr. Faraz has extensive experience in the fields of tech & e-commerce. He is the current CEO of noon. Prior to noon, Faraz was the co-founder and Managing Director at Namshi. Mr. Faraz has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Basem A. Alsallom

Board member

Mr. Basem has extensive experience in the public and private sectors. He is currently the Managing Director of Sure Global Technology Company and CEO of SurePay. Mr. Basem holds a Master's degree in IT Consultancy from the University of Kent.

Shariah Committee

D360 Bank is committed to the principles of Islamic Shariah and ensuring compliance in all its banking transactions. To achieve this, an independent Shariah committee has been established to oversee all the bank's operations, products, and services.
